Where global supply crosses into Pakistani industry.
RGX sources, finances, imports and delivers the raw materials manufacturing runs on — steel, polymers, chemicals, textile inputs, leather and energy — moving them from origin markets to the factory gate with the discipline of seven decades in physical trade.

A trading house built across three generations.
Royal Global Crossing is the continuation of a family enterprise that began in 1890, with the late Mr. Haji Karim Bukhsh - Mukhi - Famed Arath and open auction platform operator in District Kasur. He passed on segments of his business to the late Mr. Haji Muhammad, and new roots were seeded in by the late Mr. Khushi Muhammad, who consolidated all assets and heritage, and established one of the first brick kilns in Khudiyan Khaas in 1935. In 1952, under the leadership of the late Mr. Muhammad Hussain, the family business expanded to Cotton jinning, Rice Husking, Ice factory Storage and Oil trading business.
From 1975 - Present, RGX has thrived under the leadership of Mr. Anwaar Hussain, and the business innovated and began its midstream and downstream integration journey via buying and building lucrative businesses in Oil & Petroleum: open-carriage contracting and trading houses. In 1977, Mr. Anwaar Hussain pivoted from the Oil & Petroleum business, and innovated to diversify and enter the modern age of industrialization by establishing industrial facilities, and finally moved RGX to its permanent home established at 2–5 M, Gulberg III, Lahore in the year 2000 - Present.
In 1977, the family backed Pakistan's first monofilament (HDPE) yarn venture — Hussain Textiles and PlasText industries — bringing production live in 1982 at QIE (Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat), Lahore. Through every cycle, one activity has never stopped: importing and trading the input raw materials Pakistan's industries depend on.
2025 - Present, RGX's assets and businesses are led by Mr. Waleed Ahmad and are managed under OakWal (Asset Management), which deploys long-term capital across private equity, infrastructure, industrial platforms, software businesses and technology — giving RGX a permanent home for its trading operations, institutional governance, and balance-sheet backbone protection.
